  10. Now concentrate at that V shape or the center of both eyebrows for 10 seconds, where these two curved lines meet.
  11. Now slowly - very slowly, close your eyes and focus between your eyebrows.
Do not concentrate, just maintain the natural focus between your eyebrows.
Be conscious of the natural movement of breath.
    Breath-in, Breath-out.   Breath-in, Breath-out.
  12. Continue to sit like this, 5 to 6 minutes for beginners.
Once you are comfortable with it and it becomes easy for you to sit like this 5 to 6 minutes then, you can increase your time and repetition of this practice.

Relax the eyes and bring them back to normal position.

Precaution and Variation

  1. Do not forcibly stress the eyes to look at the center of eyebrows. That will start to feel pain in the eyes muscle and start headache.
  2. If you noticed yourself, drifting off into your thoughts, simply bring your focus back to breath.
  3. Your breathing must be at normal depth during Shambhavi Mudra Kriya , First Session or Episode if you are beginner.
